At any time, you have the right to withdraw, effective for the future, a consent issued to us.

13. Application portal
An application portal is set up on our website. On this portal, you can apply for advertised positions and transmit your application documents. In so doing, the personal data provided by you will be transmitted. Required fields are title, first name, surname, birthday, nationality, address and e-mail. Besides that, the following data will be stored: date and time of the transmission.
For sending and processing the data, your consent will be obtained. The legal basis for processing your data in the case of consent is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; otherwise, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your personal data will be erased four months after conclusion of the recruitment procedure for the advertised position, as far as we don’t enter in a contract of employment with you. In case of a speculative application your personal data will be erased four month after transmission of your application, as far as we don’t enter in a contract of employment with you. You shall also have the opportunity to consent to having your personal data stored for a lengthier time period in an applicant pool, and to have it taken into consideration in the recruitment of positions that open up. In this event, the data shall be erased by no later than after twenty-four (24) months after transmission of them to us.
The rights belonging to you and of which you have been advised in this Data Protection Declaration shall not be affected.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google, Inc. (“Google”).
