Large crankshafts for nearly every conceivable application in large diesel engines. We have vast experience in this field. That’s hardly surprising after more than 100 years of crankshaft manufacturing. Our extensive customer base means that we can handle everything from one-offs to series production.

Our large crankshafts are mainly in the following range:

• 1,000 to 8,000 mm long
• Swing diameter up to max. 900 mm
• Finished weight up to approx. 10,000 kg
• Power of up to max. 12 MW
• Die forgings::
  • 1,000 to 4,500 mm long
  • Swing diameter up to max. 600 mm
• Throw-by-throw (TR) forgings:
  
  • 3,000 to 9,000 mm long
  • Swing diameter up to max. 1,000 mm
