Flexibility is fundamental to ALFING. We can separate nearly all components from our process cell layout or integrate them as modules in a particular process cell layout, as and when needed by the customer.
To ALFING preprocessing operations are:
- Washing
- as a standalone solution
- integrated into the process concept
- using all washing technologies
(cold or warm water, high or low pressure)
- Identification
- using a barcode scanner
- by data-matrix reader
- with an integrated reader in the customized process configuration
- Positioning/orientation
- loading of the crankshaft or other component in a particular angular position or direction
- any desired alignment within the hardening machine
