The design of the equipment is tailored in every detail to the requested production results. We design the customized equipment to suit the customer's precise requirements. Innovative components are developed when necessary; existing components optimized to meet particular needs integrated into the overall solution.
We are able to draw on our existing extensive know-how concerning induction hardening in our own crankshaft production. After approval of the machine design, manufacture and assembly of the equipment follows. Experience gained from the delivery of over 500 machines means that our customers can rely on prompt delivery, global service and smooth integration into the existing production processes, either directly in the production line or as a standalone machine – whichever is required.
